GPS Camera Snap ("the app") is provided by Rexstart ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app

GPS Camera Snap is a free, ad-free camera that stamps each photo with its address, coordinates, and local time, and can enhance and share photos. All photos and processing stay on your device; we run no servers that receive your photos.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the photos you take and for how you use them and their embedded location data. You agree to:

• obey all laws that apply to you, including photography, recording, and privacy laws in your location;
• obtain any consent required before photographing or recording other people or private property;
• not use the app to harass, stalk, surveil, or otherwise harm anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Location accuracy — no reliance

Coordinates, addresses, and maps are approximate, may be inaccurate, and can lag behind your actual position. Do not rely on them for navigation, emergency, legal, safety-critical, or professional purposes without independent verification. The app is provided for general, informational use only.

4. Third-party services

Turning coordinates into an address uses Android's geocoder (on most phones, Google), and map thumbnails come from OpenStreetMap. These providers receive the coordinate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what does and does not leave your device.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, and its branding are owned by Rexstart. The photos you take are yours — these Terms grant us no rights to them.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexstart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, the updated version is published here and ships inside the app with a new date, and you will be asked to accept it again before continuing to use the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
